Goggle maps and Mapquest has our road listed correctly. Several GPS systems you must use L Forbes road with no address. Please be aware GPS taking the shortest route may put you on non maintained roads.Our correct road name is 54 Forbes Hill Rd. Use GPS to downtown Colebrook and head east on RT 26. Our signs will guide you to the property. If travelling west on RT 26 look for E. Colebrook Rd about six miles after the Balsams and make a hard right or go down a few 100 yards and turn around .

INN and rental units DEPOSIT We will collect a non-refundable deposit at time of reservation for the Inn and all other rental properties. The full amount will be charged seven days prior to reservation date and will be non-refundable. All camping fees are collected in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable.
We try to have fair policies however in most cases we turn down other guests for the inn and other rental properties. We look forward to your visit and helping you best meet your interest in the area.

Camping Deposits are non-refundable we collect full amount upfront when you make a reservation. Holidays have a three night minimum.
We only accept Discover, Visa,American Express, and Master Card on site.
United States currency is also accepted. ( CASH)
