In addition to our large deck you can also sit in our enclosed sun-room. Each has spectacular views of more than five notch's in the range. The most famous is Dixville Notch which is the home of the Balsams.  We have a private living room equipped with a TV and a private dining area with access to a fully equipped kitchen all with magnificent mountain views.  All guests have  access to a full working kitchen.

The Colebrook area has great fishing, fantastically maintained hiking trails for the beginner and expert alike, amazing wildlife, (moose viewing is a very popular pastime), bird watching, numerous rivers and lakes for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. We also have direct access to some of the most scenic snowmobile trails in winter and ATV trails in summer.

In winter we are on snowmobile Corridor 18 for the snowmobile enthusiasts, we are close to numerous cross country ski trails and  ice skating downtown. During our summer season we have access to amazing ATV trails through back country and our majestic mountains. The views are breathtaking with abundant wildlife.

Colebrook and the entire north country hosts festivals year round. One of the most popular is Moose Fest, but we also have the Vintage Snowmobile Races, Fourth of July events, Blessing of the Bikes and Winter Carnival, just to name a few.
