All of our sites  have  majestic mountain views and are large enough to fit any size RV.  All RV sites have water, sewer and electricity.  We have two spring fed ponds,  private nature trails, picnic tables, and  fire pits at each site. Our public bathrooms are closed . RV's must be self sufficient in use of bathrooms. This is a nice quiet and clean campground. Pets are welcome. We are on the Ride the Wilds trail system and three miles east of downtown Colebrook.

In addition we have a rental camper and a glamping site in the secluded woods.

The Inn has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half baths. Our rooms are set up for your comfort and privacy. Our Inn is more than rooms it provides the comfort of being home. You will have access to a full kitchen, living room, dining room, enclosed sunroom and a large outside deck .  The Inn provides a romantic setting at both sunrise and sunset on our deck or enclosed porch.

Our Historic Inn was originally built in the late 1800's and moved by oxen down the mountain to its present location in 1929, just before the Depression hit New England. Also moved down and attached to the farm house was the original Colebrook one room schoolhouse built in the early 1800's. This is currently our kitchen and office. Our 34 acres was the homestead portion of the several hundred acre farm originally known as the Royal Farms, one of the largest dairy farms in New Hampshire.  Although it has been renovated much of the original knotty pine walls and structure still remain visible.
